Amazing set of 44 medical prints by artist Robert Thom - A History of Medicine in Pictures - offered by Parke-Davis Co to physicians, surgeons and pharmacists (1960s). Highly detailed, vivid colors and accurate historical details. Generously sized at 13 x 10( inside border) 16 1/2 x 13 1/2" total size, not previously framed or hung. The set also comes with printed historical information for each picture total of (33) , which can be cut and attached to the back of a frame, if desired. The paintings were done between 1957-1964, all by Robert Thom. On the front of each print, on the lower white border, the print is numbered, titled with the physician or discoverer's name and a short synopsis. FREE SHIPPING within the United States.

CONDITION - No tears, holes, stains, spots or fading. Printed on thick paper. Very small amount of edge wear on a few prints which would be covered by the frame. The original paper envelope the set came in is included.
